Zhejiang Donnor Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of die-cast aluminum non-stick cookware, headquartered in Dongyang, Zhejiang Province. Since 2006 we have grown from a single product line into a full-scale cookware production base, supplying importers, wholesalers, retail chains and emerging kitchen brands across more than 20 countries.
We focus exclusively on die-cast construction — the more demanding path, with heavier tooling investment than stamped pans, but the only way to build cookware with thick, even bases that resist warping, distribute heat uniformly and hold non-stick coatings for years, not months.
Why We Build Only Die-cast Cookware
Most low-cost non-stick pans are made from stamped aluminum sheets — fast and cheap, but thin, prone to warping and hard on coatings. At Donnor, every pan body starts as molten primary aluminum formed in precision steel molds.

Water-based PTFE Coating
Proven, long-lasting release performance. Multi-layer application for daily high-frequency use. PFOA-free, compliant with US FDA and EU food-contact requirements.

Ceramic Non-stick Coating
Fluorine-free with 8H surface hardness for superior scratch and abrasion resistance. Withstands higher oven temperatures and supports a cleaner eco-positioning.
Best for: premium retail & eco-driven brands
Both systems are tested in-house for abrasion cycles, adhesion, heat resistance and food safety — reports available for audit.
Quality Is a Process, Not a Promise
Quality control runs through every stage — incoming aluminum inspection, in-process dimensional and thickness checks, and final AQL 2.5 sampling before shipment.
Our in-house laboratory tests coating thickness and uniformity, adhesion, abrasion cycles, handle pull strength, lid fit and food-contact safety on every production lot.
