We are a direct manufacturer, established in 2006 with 20 years of cookware expertise, located in Nanma Town, Dongyang City, Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, China. We specialize in die-cast aluminum non-stick cookware and operate our own R&D team, production workshops, and quality inspection system — serving cross-border wholesale, in-stock supply, dropshipping, and full OEM/ODM programs. Video tours and on-site audits are welcome at any time.
Our facility covers approximately 75,000 m² with around 300 employees and two production lines, producing roughly 10 million pieces of cookware per year — casting, coating, assembly, testing, warehousing, and shipping are all handled in-house. We also keep over 800,000 pieces in ready stock for fast-moving models.
Yes. We hold ISO 9001 and BSCI certifications and are recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise. Certificates and audit reports are available on request, and we welcome third-party audits as well as video or on-site inspections.
Yes — from light customization (laser logo, lid stickers, or branded cartons starting at 50 pieces) to full OEM/ODM programs (custom design, coating, color, and packaging from 1,000 sets per run, two colors supported). 1,000 pieces per model for regular production orders. In-stock items accept low MOQ and mixed batches, and light customization (logo and packaging) starts at just 50 pieces — ideal for distributors and e-commerce sellers testing new markets.
In-stock samples ship within 7 days; custom samples with your logo, color, or packaging typically take 7–10 days. Sample and courier costs are quoted per case — contact us with your specifications.
Our management system is ISO 9001 certified and the factory is BSCI audited. Products are manufactured to comply with European food-contact standards, and market-specific test reports can be arranged — please tell us your destination market and we will confirm the applicable requirements.
Alibaba Trade Assurance is our recommended method for first-time orders. For established partnerships, T/T terms (30% deposit, balance before shipment) can also be arranged.
In-stock orders ship in about 20 days. Standard production orders typically take 30 days after the deposit and confirmed sample; fully custom OEM programs may run longer depending on tooling requirements.
Every batch is inspected to AQL 2.5. Key control points include body dimensions and wall thickness, base flatness and deformation, handle fastness, non-stick coating thickness, uniformity and adhesion, abrasion and heat resistance, lid fit, color consistency, and food-contact safety.
